Dr. Welch worked in the admissions office at an academic medical center for almost 30 years. During that time, she served as a voting member on various admissions committees, including PA, PT, Nursing, Clinical Perfusion, Public Health, and more. She is well-versed in the requirements and in what makes an applicant stand out from the others. She is familiar with CASPA, PTCAS, AADSAS, SOPHAS, and NursingCAS - the centralized application services for the various programs.
